Activity has been proven to be effective for preventing or treating many of the most chronic ailments in our society today.

At Solihull Chiropractic Clinic we are applying a patient-centred model to your spine and joint disorders. Rather than focusing merely on symptoms, we emphasise the importance of self-management and regaining activity.

We strive to find types of exercise that can be carried out in a pain-free way. Pain free exertion is considered when designing your personal exercise programmes. You will be helped to build joint and whole-body stability and improve in important areas such as endurance, strength and agility.

We approach your care with:

  • Home programmes.
  • Ongoing one to one training sessions.
  • A six session ‘ultimate back programme’.

These can all offer preventative exercise before an event, restorative rehabilitation after an injury or ongoing maintenance care.
