For over thirty years we have been dedicated to providing excellent clinical care. All of our chiropractors and therapists have degree level training and are affiliated to their professional associations.

David Evans (Senior Partner)


David graduated from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic (AECC) in 1986 after four years of full time study. He became a Certified Chiropractic Extremity Practitioner (CCEP) in 1998 and was awarded the title of Fellow of the College of Chiropractors in 1999. He gained a Masters degree in Clinical Chiropractic through Portsmouth University in 2005. He became a Fellow of the British Chiropractic Association in 2006. David is married with four children and enjoys most sports, having a single figure handicap at golf and having played tennis and hockey to a good standard. David currently coaches junior rugby and cricket. G.C.C. No.00208

John Lange (Senior Partner)


John graduated from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic (AECC) in 1987. He became a Certified Chiropractic Extremity Practitioner (CCEP) and a Fellow of the Faculty of Rehabilitation and Chiropractic Orthopaedics (FRCO) in 1998. In 1999 he was awarded the title of Specialist Fellow of the College of Chiropractors. He then completed his Masters Degree in Clinical Chiropractic in 2000 and was subsequently awarded the Fellow of the British Chiropractic Association in 2006. He has been involved in post graduate education for over fifteen years. After organising national conferences for the British Chiropractic Association he founded ChiroCPD, a company that brought 'continuing professional development' to the chiropractic, osteopathic and physiotherapy professions. John is married with grown-up children and enjoys tennis, golf and cricket. G.C.C. No. 00202

Matthew Jenkins


Matthew C Jenkins graduated from the Welsh Institute Of Chiropractic after completing four years full time education with over 5,000 teaching hours and was awarded Merit in his Masters of Chiropractic.He has two previous diplomas in Anatomy and Physiology and Massage and is also qualified in Acupuncture (Dry Needling) for the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions.Matthew has a keen interest in the philosophy and current affairs of the profession, having travelled to a number of Chiropractic Conferences and seminars in the UK as well as abroad and aims to continue to do so in the future.Matthews clinical interests lie with the treatment of sports injuries and the optimisation of players performance in their chosen sport.  He has been involved in sport from a young age, where he has represented both his University Team and local clubs in Tennis and Badminton and is currently training and competing in several obstacle races and road races.GCC No: 3828

Lucy Walker


Lucy graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic and was awarded a Master of Chiropractic with distinction.  She is also qualified in dry needling for musculoskeletal pain relief.  Her particular interests are in sports injuries and optimising function and performance.  Lucy enjoys playing netball and has represented the university team and local clubs, as well as having a black belt in karate.  GCC No: 04522

Oliver Plunkett


Oliver studied at the Welsh institute of chiropractic and after 4 years of education was awarded a masters of chiropractic with distinction. He is particularly interested in the neuromuscular and biomechanical side of chiropractic and is passionate about finding the root cause of all problems rather than just treating a patient’s symptoms. He is qualified in sports and rock taping as well as medical acupuncture. Outside of chiropractic he enjoys taking part in most sports, he represented the university rugby first team and has a keen interest in golf and tennis. G.C.C. No. 04695

Ida-Marie Askvig

BSC (hons) MSC

Ida graduated from Anglo-European College of Chiropractic (AECC) where she studied for five years. She is also a qualified animal chiropractor from the International Academy of Veterinary Chiropractic (IAVC). Having experienced chiropractic give amazing results in both people and animals Ida decided to become a chiropractor. She loves caring for people of all ages and helping them to perform the best they can, be that the office worker or the athlete. Ida has a special interest in the biomechanics and performance of the horse and rider, and is herself a keen competing horse rider. She also has an interest in paediatrics and pain management. Ida enjoys doing multiple different post-graduate courses and is qualified in dry needling. If you can't find her in the clinic, she's probably in the stables. G.C.C. No. 04761.

Danielle Lepier


Danielle graduated in 2013 from Birmingham School of Acting with a BA (Hons). In 2013 she became a level 3 Personal Trainer. Since she has worked along side other trainers and physiotherapists in local private hospitals and health hubs as a sports massage therapist, Pilates instructor and personal trainer. She has a true passion for health and fitness and 2016 became the fourth fittest female across all UK Fitness first gyms.

Kirsty Richards


Kirsty graduated from University College Birmingham in 2016 with a First Class BSc (Hons) degree in Sports Therapy. In 2017, Kirsty achieved her ITEC Level 4 Sports Massage Therapy Qualification being awarded a certificate of distinction. Kirsty has experience working alongside physiotherapists and occupational therapists in healthcare facilities and community based settings. She has also supported many sporting events, providing sports therapy and first aid. These events include the London Marathon, Jujitsu National Championships as well as ultramarathon events, Race to the Stones and Race to the King. Kirsty has a keen interest in equestrian sports and also finds time to participate. Her professional focus is soft tissue therapy and exercise prescription for the prevention and management of injury.  Kirsty is registered with the Sports Therapy Association. 

Tristram Oliver

Tristram began his career path in the Merchant navy, followed by 10 years as a Police Officer. Having become a Level 3 Personal Trainer and sports massage therapist, Tristram worked in one of the best Health Hubs in the Midlands before establishing his own company. Tristram provides strength and conditioning and match-day first aid to local rugby clubs, including Old Yardleians RFC and Birmingham Moseley RFC. He also works with Alderbrook School as a Health and Fitness Consultant. Tristram has a keen interest in all things to do with sport and has taken part in many different events, including Crossfit competitions, ultra-marathons and cycling from Land’s End to John O’Groats. He is currently studying for a Masters Degree in Chiropractic. 

Jayne Alford

Practice Manager

Jayne has been our practice manager for over twenty years. She deals with all aspects of the day to day running of the clinic. If you have any queries or require help, Jayne, along with any of our staff, will be delighted to assist.
