Anne Sterry MCSP is a Chartered Physiotherapist. Anne qualified in 1984 after training at the Queen Elizabeth School of Physiotherapy.  In her current hospital work Anne specialises in pulmonary rehabilitation and management of dysfunctional breathing patterns. Her role at Solihull Chiropractic Clinic is still helping patients with severe breathing conditions but her main role will  to evaluate and retrain the breathing patterns of people who may have more subtle symptoms of Hypocapnia. This also ties in with our spinal work, as the muscles involved with breathing and spinal stability are closely linked.

Karen graduated in 1987 from Birmingham University. She became a Member of the Society of Orthopaedic Medicine in 1994, was appointed as a Clinical Specialist in knee rehabilitation in 1995 and awarded a Diploma in Injection Therapy in 1996. Karen is a Member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists.

Karen has over 20 years experience in the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. She has a particular interest in the rehabilitation of spinal, knee and shoulder injuries using Pilates based exercises.

Recently Karen has been involved in the development of treatment regimes for the rehabilitation of patients following reconstructive plastic surgery.
